Cost Savings through Waste Reduction

The Band Box rental structure allows us to reuse all of our products, saving us and customers on costly inventory purchases. Our washing methods increase the life of our products and we treat all wastewater in order to prevent pollution upon its exit for our facility.

Our professional rental programs not only increase the life of your items, but also keep massive amounts of products out of the trash. Facilities no longer need to worry about disposing of items such as mops, napkins, or incontinent pads, and then having to purchase more. Our inspection systems replace items when they have met their life cycle, and insure that you are receiving the highest quality items with every delivery.

We also recycle cardboard, hangers, and paper at all of our facilities. We offer e-Billing to our customers as well in order to reduce the amount of paper that must be recycled. We have also converted our routes to wireless electronics to eliminate the hassle of paper which improves organization and communication, all while reducing the waste that is generated from our operations.

Cost Savings through Energy Usage Reduction

Band Box utilizes a heat reclamation system that uses the heat of wastewater to preheat incoming freshwater for laundering. This system of resonant heat extraction is very beneficial in raising our water temperatures simply by reusing previously created heat. Four high efficiency 99.8% hot water heaters further the heating process to the proper temperature for the most effective wash.

The steps we have taken to reduce both energy usage and waste have allowed us to greatly improve our operating efficiency. With new lighting projects, continuous equipment upgrades, and new wash techniques being continually implemented, Band Box is always becoming more efficient, allowing us to pass on our savings to our customers.
